Our team

Innovator and inventor of the EZHR System, former Officer of the Court Henry Koia has a career background in public service administration, management, and law, with extensive experience in running SBUs and frontline teams in both the public and private sectors. He has proven experience in taking innovative ideas from concept to reality in a commercial context. Henry holds a graduate diploma in strategic management and over 13 years Crown entity governance experience in an educational setting. He has proven experience in leading the delivery of complex multi-million-dollar commercial projects within the confines of both government and private funding contracts. Henry is a business systems engineer and work health and safety theorist. His theoretical work, which includes the development of his Chain of Interventions Model, and Risk Management Compliance Continuum Model, has been published in the New Zealand Journal of Health and Safety Practice.
HENRY KOIA

Joe Brown is a registered chartered accountant. He has a strong desire to work with Māori groups to help them succeed, especially when the group's kaupapa benefits the wider iwi. Joe has specific experience in accounting and advisory with utilising technology to increase business efficiency. Keen to help grow the Māori economy, Joe has advised multiple Māori Trusts on the development of strategies and tools to assess viability of business opportunities across a range of business sectors including tourism and forestry.
