We collect personal information from you, including information about your name, contact information, and job position / role.
 

We collect your personal information in order to be able to contact you after you choose to sign up to the EZHR System.
 

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name and contact details, we'll be unable to send you the EZHR System End User Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") and monthly invoices should you decide to sign and return the Agreement.
 

We keep your information safe by storing it on an excel spreadsheet accessible by authorised staff only.
 

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at contact@ezhr.co.nz.

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless we are required by law to disclose that information to that third party.

We will delete from the excel spreadsheet your personal information if the Agreement is terminated.
